Underground at the Garden Tomb in Jerusalem, Lute, Malcolm, and Maria discover an ancient Jewish burial cave, containing an ossuary. Writing on a wall of the cave, and the lid of the ossuary, each state, "yasue bar yusuf aibn, allah." When Lute impulsively opens the ossuary and finds bones resting in it, the very foundations of the Christian faith are threatened. Several days later, the ossuary and the bones turn up missing, and the explorers must quickly find the items and defend Christianity against threats from evil forces.
