The Gods of Earth are waiting until the big bang is completed and a new universe is formed. Waiting in their club they eat, drink, and discuss what happened and what they intend to do different. For 199 iterations they have tried to bring the Earth into balance without success. Now their OverGod Fred's job is on the line because they keep failing. With everything on the line Fred decides it's time to try something radical. With the approval of his Universal OverGod he sets in motion a plan that if successful will be carried out throughout the Universe.
