Azawani The Hood of a Mentor, is mentorship book that injects hope to the hopeless and faith unto the down trodden and the stigmatized of the society. Elizabeth was born by a poor, slave and stigmatized couple- Ibe and Ulo. They had prayed to God to give them a child, as they had become objects of mockery and ridicule being that they were termed barren and forsaken. At an old age, they had Elizabeth. Azawani was a rich woman who was highly revered and respected by the people, moreover she had royal blood in her. She had no child of her own. She was a close friend and ally to the poor couple and that did not go down well with her family and the entire community because slaves are not free to mingle with the freeborn. Azawani never care what people did say about them. She kept encouraging the couple. When Elizabeth was born the couple asked Azawani to adopt her. She named her Elizabeth after the Queen of England , peeping into future of possibilities and excellence concerning the new born baby. Azawani tutored the poor girl on wealth creation strategy, discipline, multiple streams of income and positive self esteem.
