The first Christ was a beast.

A beast of God's glory, being a cherub meant he was above the rank of an angel or messenger. Like the four beasts that usually stand guard around the glory of God; he was a cherub, a created beast for the service of God. He was of the rank that is excluded from the sons of God as usually means humanity or angels. One should for the moment keep in mind that the angels are spirit beings or when humans carrying the message or sent by God to deliver a message or work of God as in Revelation 2: Yet the morning stars or the rank of the cherubim and seraphim are not created for the office of messenger but to guard and worship escort the glory of God.

Revelation 2:1, 8, 12, 18, 29 KJV Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass; He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Revelation 2:28 KJV And I will give him the morning star.

So, Lucifer being a cherub or the anointed cherub did not make him just a morning star and beast : but an anointed beast and also anointed morning star. Meaning among the beasts of God he was the anointed one as he did stand over earth from the place of rule being the garden of Eden. The garden of Eden was never a place for all to rest and live-in but for the chosen one of the set order or dispensation as it was the dwelling of Lucifer and later the dwelling of Adam. It was not meant for the whole humanity but the chosen man; a kind of Christ.

Ezekiel 28:13-14 KJV Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire

The replacement of Lucifer from the office of the Anointed Cherub or the Christ proved a taunting task and one that came with huge consequences. Discerning that a new Christ was being raised caused him to do many devastating things even getting himself expelled from heaven for good. It all begins with the seed of iniquity being found in him.

Meaning there was a time when he was perfect before God until he had somehow dethroned God in his life. It happened way before he did invade heaven to attempt to take it over from God. A feat that was not lightly taken as he had already stopped the birth of the Christ who is not the created but a son. As Christ was born of Mary was born so way before the inception of man and in a time before this one that we exist in. Yet then, unlike the schematic we see God draw before him by the virgin birth again through Mary. The Christ then was not concealed and he could tell from the beginning who he was; for he waited at his labor for his mother to give birth so that he may eat him up. A simple gobble of the child was the dragon's simple plan to destroy the plan of God even before he was dethroned from his place.
