This book is a compilation of personal thoughts and revelations I've had during my devotion times with the Lord. These are my thoughts "as is" - thoughts originally written down for my own benefit. And while I believe most of these Nuggets are inspired by the Lord and are, for the most part, theologically accurate, some may be from my own thoughts, especially as I work out my understandings on various topics. I originally compiled these in book form primarily to share with family and friends in hopes they will benefit from them as much as I have.

It took five years to write these Nuggets. Don't just read each one then move on to the next one. Take a pen or highlighter, mark things that stand out, study and review each one, and focus on it. Read it as part of your devotion time and ask the Lord to help you see and understand the truths he wants you to know.

You'll see a pattern of progression with these Nuggets. They are in chronological order of when and how the Lord gave them to me. You'll see them go from simpler truths to deeper and more profound truths as the Lord deepens my understanding of his truths.

I pray that as you go through and study these Nuggets you will grow in deeper understanding of God's truths. I pray they will help instill a deeper walk of righteousness in your life, an increase in denying yourself, and a greater pursuit of intimacy with the Lord than you've ever experienced before.

At the back of the book you'll find a handy index of each verse referenced in the Nuggets. This will make it easy to look up specific verses you may encounter as you read God's word and go straight to the Nuggets tied to those verses if you desire.
