A Journey of Love

When Stephon Void's father, Carlisle, was diagnosed with cancer in fall 2021, Stephon and his mother immediately entered the beautiful yet often difficult world of caregiving. Shortly after his father passed away in May 2022, his mother's health began to decline, and Stephon found himself once again taking care of a loved one.

Being a caretaker for a spouse, child, grandparent, parent, or other loved one can be a challenging journey. Often, caregivers can feel alone or overwhelmed. For some, like Stephon, it can also have a deep impact on their faith journey.

This book is meant to be a help and a comfort on that journey, a reminder that God is with us through it all. The forty devotionals contained within are meant to help caregivers lean into and reflect on scripture during a time of hardships, transitions, and new beginnings.
