"Journaling is an important part of a Christian's walk. I was taught to journal as a teenager using a method that consisted of four steps. First, I would find a scripture and write an observation of what that scripture meant to me. Next, I would follow this with an application and observation of that scripture. I would end the thought process with a prayer for the Father to help me apply in my own life what I had read or heard.
