Your life is so busy and countless things are fighting for your time and attention. Even good things can distract you and take your focus off putting God first. This program was birthed out of my own transformation and the journey that ensued to honor God in every area of my life- spiritual, emotional, and physical.This 10 day Christ-centered detox is an opportunity to quiet down all areas of your life and refocus them on Jesus. It is not a diet program or a \"detox\" in the traditional sense of the word, though weight loss may be a pleasant side effect of honoring God through nutrition and movement. This detox is about honoring God and putting Christ first in EVERY area of your life- through your thoughts, daily activities, media you take part in, self-care, exercise and nutrition.
