Lily Lotus Dillweed and the town of Frogville have been under a curse for as long as they can remember. Every boy, on their thirteenth birthday, turns into a frog. The only way to be free from the curse is to kiss a person of royal blood. The tradition is as unchanging as the town, until the day of Lily and her twin brother Crocus' thirteenth birthday.
