Two fathers are far away from their families - and the children, who are cousins have no idea if they are even alive - will they ever see them again?

As they wait for news they have several adventures which are very exciting but nothing in comparison with the adventures of one of the fathers who is rescued by gorillas. In all their struggles and fears the children and the adults to learn to trust God and find his help.
