David and His Goliath Shell is a series of storybooks that give children an opportunity to hear biblical scriptures and how they can be applied in real-life situations. David the Turtle was born different. He was born without his shell attached to his body. To make things even more complicated, his shell is gigantic. In this first book "All Things Work Together For The Good", David faces challenges and questions himself why he was born different from the rest of the other turtles. David experiences rejection from himself and the other animals. He puts his faith in the Lord and ends up becoming a Local Hero.
