In the Old Testament the Spirit of God is the "Ruah Elohim." This force, or breath, is the creative power of God. It is so much more than the force of nature, or the wind. It emanates directly from God himself. It is his power, his force, it is what the wind and the force of nature obey, in the deeper sense of the word. Christians the world over want to know more about this mysterious force of God.
