Rav Ashlag describes the process of unfolding the secrets of Rav Shimon, and also explains how the revelations of the Baal Shem Tov and the Ari helped open the Gates of Wisdom to the masses. In the second half of The Light of Wisdom, we learn the real mistake of Adam and Eve. Through understanding the DNA of what went wrong, we also learn how to personally correct it; as we are each part of Adam and Eve, we perpetuate their sin. The temporary life we experience due to their errors, this whole procedure of time and limitation, is one that will ultimately create eternity for us-if we do our own tikkun.
