GOD IF YOU ARE REAL SHOW MY by Michelle Lea

I went from being a young, married woman with two small children and a white picket fence to becoming a single mother-forced to trust in a GOD I never knew growing up. In the midst of a storm, under dark skies and surrounded by turbulent waters, I didn't know where to turn. Then I heard a voice say, "Go forward."

"How? To where?" I asked. Again, I heard, "Go forward!" I wasn't familiar with the voice, but with nowhere else to step, I stepped out-and a rock appeared on the water. As I moved forward, leaving the foundation of my past behind, I looked back and the rock had vanished, as if it had never been there.

That moment marked the beginning of my faith journey. I humbly learned to trust in what once felt like a stranger and became a God-fearing single mother. My growing faith and dependence on God sustained me through desperate trials-and carried me into seasons of unimaginable, wondrous joy. What once felt like survival became a walk of purpose, and what once felt like loss became the soil for new life.

Through this memoir, I pray that you come to know God, if you don't already. And if you do, may your faith be strengthened as you learn to trust Him more deeply. Even if you've lost your way, you can find it again-even through the darkness-by trusting in the Lord of lords, who will supply all your needs as you stand firmly in the faith of God.
