Disappointed
While the collect is word for word what the priest says at Mass every day (and that’s a huge positive) the readings for each day are not word for word what the priest and reader read from scripture. They seem to be abbreviated. That. Means I have to bring my old missal to mass with me as well as the new one. On the plus side the creed and Gloria are both the most up-to-date current versions of those prayers. It has a nice cover but the issue of the readings is why I can’t give h the is missal a more positive write up.

A truly beautiful Missal
This is a beautiful Missal , it is way beyond my expectations as to the quality of the binding and the content, especially 5h3 very comprehensive section at the back with a vast section of prayers and devotions . I find it easy to use and with additional markers which I have placed in it for various feasts and prefaces , I’m absolutely delighted with it abd would thoroughly recommend it
