Pause for a moment of prayer, a spark of hope

Meditations on Hope, a prayer journal from Give Us This Day, is based in the Benedictine practice of lectio divina. This beautiful journal includes 52 inspiring reflections for your prayer and meditation that can be used at any time of the year.

Each entry supports your personal or group lectio divina practice with three key parts:

Read: a Scripture reference and reflection from one of the acclaimed contributors to Give Us This Day

Ponder: writing space for your personal musings

Pray: a place to set prayer intentions for the day or the week ahead

Meditations on Hope also includes helpful guidance for those just starting a lectio divina practice along with an elegant design to accompany your prayerful reflections. The undated reflections foster a prayer practice that fits into your own rhythm of life.

A perfect companion for your personal spiritual journey, this journal also easily lends itself to small faith sharing and prayer groups, creating intuitive moments for sharing the Word together.
