The fabric of the spirit realm is wrenched into motion as the vaults of heaven above Riverdale open like massive windows in the sky. Clouds, sky and stars are drawn together into bars and shafts that slid into a gleaming formation. Brilliant light blaze through the openings, and their rays focus on the one calling on heaven's power.

Liberty and her friends are summoned into a parallel realm and find themselves immersed in an epic spiritual battle, through which they must maintain faith to complete their mission. They discover that without faith and the power of prayer to back them up, all could be lost and Riverdale could be plunged into darkness.

As the three teams fight their way through their individual quests, they discover much about the spiritual forces that govern cities. Can Riverdale be saved? Can the seven shift their city into alignment and restore the Triaxial Identifiers? Can the attack on Riverdale be stopped? Time is short, yet where there is faith there is always hope. But will this hope be enough for Riverdale to remember its purpose?
