Galilee High is a book that allows readers to see through the eyes of key figures in a Christian high school in Kansas City. The prestigious Galilee High School is historically known for their academics, but the return of Coach Slater, star alumni; and former NBA player, brings back their basketball program and with it a struggle. The return of the basketball team brings division into the Slater household as Coach Slater's wife, Dr. Slater runs the Debate program. There is tension between the programs as parents push the principal to pour more resources into one of the programs as they both attempt to win at the highest levels.
