Baptism in the Name of Jesus is a significant step in becoming a partaker of the Kingdom of the Almighty God. This differs from water baptism, which has been taught and practiced by the church of Christ for centuries. Water baptism uses physical water as a symbol, while baptism in the Name of Jesus refers to entering a spiritual safe zone to access God's power, authority, and safety. This safe zone is called The Name of Jesus. To be baptized in the Name of Jesus is to enter the safe zone. Unlike water baptism, water is not required for baptism in the Name of Jesus, as the Almighty God baptizes with the Holy Ghost.
