Those who walk with Jesus know he promised to one day return to this earth and establish his rule and reign over all things. He even instructed us to look for certain "signs" that would indicate his return was imminent. In fact, the Bible contains more than 2,400 references foretelling this great event! While Jesus said, "about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father" (Matthew 24:26), he was clear that his followers should be watching and waiting for his second coming. How is this done? By continually abiding in the presence of God.
