Every profession has its tools. Ministers of God have tools and their primary tools are books. There are some vital books church leaders must have to do their work. Acquiring these books and knowing how to use them bring efficiency and productivity in their work. Furthermore, these tools or basic study resources brings better understanding of the Word of God and greater application to the lives of people that church leaders have been called to serve.The true craftsmen who are worth their salt must continue to grow or develop new tools. Therefore, as people who work with the Bible, we must aspire to become like the master crasftsmen. We must learn to work effectively with the Bible, so that we can be more productive in the King's Vineyard
