MELCHIZEDEK reveals the far greater worthiness of Jesus Christ. JESUS did not come to continue the flawed ministry of the Levitical priests but has brought a far greater ministry for our salvation. JESUS is the FOREVER PRIEST who brings needy sinners near to God, and the KING OF RIGHTEOUSNESS who establishes righteousness and peace. If we would have joy in a world of hopelessness, then it is vital to know the love of Jesus, the priest after the order of Melchizedek (Psalm 110:4).
