Volume 3 picks up with the remaining laws, moves to point four: sanctions, and concludes with point five: inheritance.

The laws covered here include collateral for loans, wages and oppression, gleaning ("workfare"), honest weights and measures, and positive confession.

The sanctions section includes the curse on moving a neighbor's property landmark, the concept of objective wealth, lending money as a way to increase your influence, the moral obligation of prosperity, and the benefit of life.

It ends with inheritance: the necessity of courage, law and liberty, and a song of victory.
