This spiritual meditation is for those who pray the Stations of the Cross or Divine Mercy Chaplet. It is created for a caregiver of a loved one who has Alzheimer\'s disease in the Mild-Severe Stages. Yours is a difficult journey unlike most caregiving experiences. It is a journey of both mind, body and soul for you and your loved one. We are asked by Jesus Christ to lift up our burdens to Him. We are to be obedient to His word and in prayer and scripture, become one with Him. In prayer and meditation we place ourselves in commune with Him. In the Stations of the Cross we pray and reflect on His suffering. In this prayer you are asking for a parallel of giving to him that which is yours for an exchange of that which is His. Through the Divine Mercy Chaplet, we seek His Mercy for us. We are given this command to do so in Love and adoration for Him. Your suffering and caring will be rewarded, because it is what you do for others that you are doing for Him. When you let go of what is yours, he takes it as His, so is your suffering now becomes His.
