Have you ever wondered about prayer? What does it do? How does it work? Why pray? Questions we all ask from time to time in our lives, especially when times are bad and we don't know what to do. Perhaps this book will begin to shed some light on those questions and many more you have had over time.

There are times in everyone's lives where they simply do not know what to do or where to turn. Having a book or friendly source of information that lets you look at what others have done, how they handled themselves, and how they specifically handled problems that arose in their lives would be worth its weight in gold to you when you need it.

This is such a resource. By looking at people, people just like you and me, and how they lived through the trauma in their lives, as a guide to our own lives, could be invaluable. The stories, the way these people lived and how they lived through some of the most important points in their lives, is remarkable. We all need help occasionally. When you know where to turn for that help, is a life saver.

This book is a real world examination of how prayer, and an on-going relationship with God/Christ/Holy Spirit, changed peoples lives and how that very same relationship and knowledge helped these people, and people just like you and me, get through some of the toughest times imaginable. As with the stories told, some of these stories will make you laugh, some will make you cry, while others may make want to you sit down and pour your heart out to a loving God who has been waiting for you for a very long time.

We have used very real people. Very real stories. Very real events from the bible, to help you overcome very real events in your lives. That is our purpose.

These stories also, present a way for each of us to find a better, more secure, relationship with our savior, through the Holy Spirit, and that alone is a value beyond ... words.
