Revelation, the final book in the English Bible, speaks to the days in which we live as no other book can. It lays before the reader those imminent events which must surely take place, leading to the ultimate triumph of God and the full establishment of Christ's Millennial Kingdom on earth. But the victory is not without the most violent, turbulent, destructive and deadly universal conflict the world has ever known, and it is that conflict that the book of Revelation describes in vivid detail. No modern fiction or IMAX production can equal what is described to us here. Yet at the same time we see God's infinite grace and love extended and His redemption to every believing soul, and the horrors of the conflict are more than compensated for by the glories of all God has prepared for those who love Him. The book of Revelation is not hard to understand, it is hard to believe, because what we see and read goes beyond anything we have ever experienced. But if we will believe it, it offers the greatest glimpse into the future we can find anywhere and great guidance and hope for God's believing children.
