This book is one of the most important books I've ever written because it tells the story of Stephen Olford being holed up for two days in a hotel room in Wales with a young Billy Graham while he taught him the doctrine of the fullness of the Spirit and where Billy Graham commented, "This will change the whole course of my ministry!" Dr. Olford taught this to me, his student, and now I am teaching it to others in this remarkable little book entitled "A Power Higher." It will be a small book like my "Sayings" book, but I feel this could revolutionize our pulpits back into pulpits of power and authority!
