From the author: These poems are an accumulation of my efforts to express feelings and thoughts all along my journey with Jesus. You will notice a wide range of emotions and ideas, some almost contradictory. Hopefully you will find comfort and be uplifted as you read and recognize yourself in some of the poems.

Various stages of spiritual growth and maturity are represented-from the early confession and acceptance of God's mercy through Jesus Christ, then the wandering years with its struggles to understand what life throws at us, to the later realization that we can truly "be still and know that I am God." And be ready for the final journey to Jesus.

It is my hope that pastors and Christian ministers in diverse capacities (missionaries, evangelists, Sunday school teachers, workers in Christian education, Bible study group leaders, etc.) will find some of the verses useful in their ministry.

You will certainly notice traces of my multi-denominational background. I pray that my words will not offend anyone's theology. The poetry sticks to basic Christian doctrine across all denominational lines and tries to avoid political, social, and theological controversies.
