When my grandmother Troutman passed away in 2008 I spoke at her funeral. I knew that day I had so much more to say about her, and I thought I would just write a book to share those stories.
This is that book. It is all about the lessons I learned while picking blackberries with my grandma and how I interpreted those lessons through life and scripture.
Blackberry Wisdom is meant to be an inspiration to young adults as they navigate the seasons of life. I hope that by following some of the wisdom shared in this book will help keep you from making mistakes in life that you one day will regret. If nothing else, I hope this book will serve as encouragement to do your best in your current season of life.
