Chapter 3: The Holy Spirit - explores the idea and reality of God's Spirit Chapter 4: Spiritual Formation - explores spiritual formation as a basis of one's relationship with God Chapter 5: What are Spiritual Disciplines? - examines several practices that help us connect with God. Chapter 6: How Am I Supposed to Worship? - Examines the meaning of worship as a way to praise God and to receive from God.
