This is an excellent translation, a beautifully-balanced mixture of traditional & new, literal & paraphrase (probably nearest to the 1984 NIV). It certainly meets all my needs, hence my desire to obtain a printed copy. Unfortunately, because it is not supported by an established Bible publisher such as Zondervan, Holman etc., it is very unlikely to make much progress in the UK; this particular product being at present the only one readily available, and at a 'deluxe' price which would appear absolutely ridiculous to the average Bible-buyer. Admittedly, it is well-produced with a fine leather cover & good binding; but it does have some imperfections; for example, some single pages are 'tipped-in', glued onto a folded section, which I have never encountered on any of the many bibles I have purchased through the years. To sum up: I'm very glad I possess it, and would highly recommend it if it were more reasonably available.
