Living Better was not written from the perspective of someone who has mastered life perfectly, but from the understanding that every person is in process-including myself. I have learned that faith does not mean we never struggle; we continue to trust the LORD even while we face challenges.

I have learned that healing takes some time. Growth takes patience. And transformation happens quietly -- one prayer, one decision, and one step of faith at a time. That is what Living Better is about. It is learning to live with intention instead of drifting through life without a clear direction. We must allow the LORD to change our hearts, renew our minds, and lead us through our decisions. We have to know that even after pain, failure, disappointment, or loss, the LORD still has a purpose for our lives.

Living better is not about becoming perfect overnight, but choosing, day by day, to grow spiritually, think differently, forgive more freely, love more deeply, serve better, give more generously, and trust the LORD more completely. Some days, the journey might feel easy. And other days, the journey will require confidence and courage to keep moving forward.
