The thought of walking away from someone we have grown to love or trust scares us. We frantic as we realize inevitable signs that its time to move on. This book helps you not to focus on people around us and their relationships. Even if many of them appear to be happy, many of them are still in pain and are living in denial. Sometimes we just have to lose in order to win.

In these pages, we confront disappointment and loss together. I will discuss what I find as healthy self care and could help us defeat the enemy in times of deception through mind battles. Even if some of the examples and insights may not directly apply to you, they are nevertheless useful to know, keep, or share with others who may acquire help in their time of despair.

My mission is to demonstrate trusting God certainly helps us to navigate life's paths and challenges and is much easier than taking them on alone. Faith in God will enable us to release ourselves from the bonds that have kept us enslaved to a life of helplessness. For this reason I dedicate this book to anyone having a hard time deciding when or how to let go of challenging circumstances.
