Over the course of time, the lens in which we look at life can become cloudy. A spouse passes, a dream is crushed, an illness invades. Before we know it, we've lost every ounce of joy we once had. We no longer feel like ourselves and are instead just going through the motions of our day-to-day just trying to survive. We know there's more to life, but we just can't see it.

Nehemiah 8:10, tells us the joy of the Lord is our strength. But how do we live in joy when we don't feel it? When we're exhausted, stressed, or disappointed?
