This DVD contains six delightfully illustrated short stories teaching some age-old truths for children at home, in school or at church. Ideal for storytelling in assemblies, church services or even at bedtime, each story is told in a gentle, easy-to-understand way and accompanied by colourful illustrations, teasing out a message of God's grace.

The six stories are presented by Nicky Clinch and Hannah Storey, and three of the stories are based on Eve Lockett's popular book Tales of Grace.

Storybook is ideal for children aged 5-8 and can be used in Sunday schools and mid-week clubs - each film could be used as a starting point for discussion. Primary teachers and RE coordinators responsible for leading assemblies / collective worship would also find this DVD useful.

Hannah Storey is an actress who has appeared in programmes such as Doctors, Waking the Dead and Robin Hood, as well as on stage around the country. Nicky Clinch is an actress who has appeared in programmes such as Eastenders and Three Sisters, and on stage in West Side Story, Cabaret and Othello. Producer Tony Tew trained with the BBC before becoming an independant producer.
