The Bible contains information about real people, made of flesh and blood-people, who lived and breathed, laughed and cried, hoped and planned, just like you and me. The facts that come from Scripture are designed to move us on down the road of Christian maturity, discovering and fulfilling the purposes for which God created us. There are a lot of real people in our world, facing real questions about life. As followers of Christ, we need to learn all we can about Him, so when the people that we know are facing difficult circumstances in their life, we can speak up and help them see life more clearly. Because biblical truth makes our journey more understandable, we can point them in the right direction. "Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me Your paths; guide me in Your truth"(Psalm 25:4-5a)
