Course Details; All Four Courses are 30 days long and are all in this one book. All exercises are simple to understand.Course One

Course One is an introduction to conscious living and self-healing. It will include mind, body, and soul practices in a day-to-day format. Each week starts with a lesson followed by six consecutive easy to follow daily prayers and journal entries. Each day you will begin to see your life change. It will feel like the opening of a door to a new reality, and that is because it truly is! By the end of Course One you will already begin to see signs from your divine guidance, interpret dreams to help you navigate your life better, and gain understanding as to why you are here.

Course Two

Course Two is the most important course, but it is also the most difficult. Course Two is essential to get over the hump and blocks that are holding you back. In this course your divine guides will show you what it is that you are needing to recognize in order to live a better life. This may be the pain you experienced in the past, the abuses that someone else may had hurt you with, and so on. It is important to recognize and heal the past. Course Two is broken up into two weeks of healing and two weeks of enjoying a more conscious life. The good news is, by the end of Course Two, you should have at least one profound experience where you know your divine guidance is truly with you. This builds faith, and faith is a necessary component to true healing.

Course Three

In Course Three you will begin to see life as a classroom. As you continue to follow the simple mind, body, soul practices day-to-day you will begin to see the magic life has to offer. The magic that is always there except now you are the magician! In Course Three you will learn how to use your magic and begin to create the future.

Course Four

Course Four is different than the other Courses. Although, it is still thirty days long, each day you will read a short passage giving you insight on the reasoning behind the Course. It includes tips and examples that will be very helpful for you as you navigate your life after the Course. The special part of Course Four is that Raven Gabrielle adds a prayer over you to help you stay on track and to feel the power of prayer. You will know that you are loved and that the accomplishment of getting to the end of the Course is a great honor.
