      Product Description

In "I Am Not Alone" the Oneness (Modalistic Monarchian) doctrine is brought to task in light of Biblical truth and the history of dogma by a long-time advocate of the same The author begins by establishing clear, and irrefutable biblical rules for interpreting the Bible. Then he shows how false methods of interpretations (for example, jumping to conclusions and leaning on extrabiblical ideas) are how both the Trinity and Oneness doctrines are arrived at. Next the author leads the reader back to the Old Testament (OT) as the schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, with an eye toward showing how its foundational ideas stand in stark contrast to certain pagan and Gnostic views which have been adopted and modified for use by Trinitarians and Onenessians in defining their beliefs. This information will help the reader clearly see how well-established the OT terms and concepts of Messiah really are (for example "Christ," "Son of God," "agency" and "foreknowledge"). Being empowered with such knowledge, the reader will be able to easily discern unbiblical (false) terms and concepts (for example "dual natures" and "incarnation") with a healthy amount of suspicion rather than reverence The next step is showing the reader how clearly and plainly the New Testament retains the foundational OT concepts in proclaiming Jesus the Anointed (Christ) as the prophesied Son of God, just as the Apostles understood, preached, and taught him to be. Finally, the author addresses, and exposes, the ways in which Onenessians have reinterpreted certain "proof-texts" through unbiblical lenses in an attempt to support their man-made theories, comparing their methods all along to the same methods used by their archrivals, the Trinitarians. In this way the grammatical trickery of both Trinitarians and Onenessians is exposed like a con-artist's sleight of hand The goal for this book is to restore Oneness believers in search of truth to the simple, pure, undiluted faith once delivered by Jesus Christ through his apostles: that, "Jesus the Anointed, is the Son of God " The truth is, those two openly proclaimed facts (Jesus being "anointed" and God's "son,") clearly mean, biblically speaking, that Jesus is quite decidedly, not an incarnation of God Himself. And that is why Jesus' very own words refute the Oneness position; just as Jesus himself said, "I Am Not Alone "
