After over thirty years in recovery from abuse and addictions, as a Christian biblical counselor, I've written this workbook based on several steps that worked for others seeking healing. And these same steps or process can work for you.
Relapse Prevention goes beyond the 12-steps and Celebrate Recovery as some topics are simply not addressed in these programs - even though they work for many. Relapse Prevention was taken from another book I wrote (GPS for Life: Guidance of a Personal Savior) which describes the process (if you want to call it such) in greater detail and the reason behind each 'step' in the journey.
