I believe that God has placed everything on this earth for one to eat and live a healthy life. Unfortunately, after being diagnosed with uterine cancer in 2012, I had to take complete charge of my body. I was obese and ate anything and everything in my eyesight. After receiving eighteen rounds of chemotherapy, my immune system was weakened. I started reading scriptures on healing and knew that God wanted me to put my faith into action. I finally realized this journey is not only for me but others as well. If one person, after reading this self-help book would take heed and start exercising good eating habits and healthy living, then my labor on this earth will not be in vain.
