Sherita's 83 year old father was diabetic, blind, and had 2 strokes. Her 75 year old mother had spent years dedicating herself to taking care of him and had done a fantastic job. A matter of fact, according to Dr. Chelsea, their primary care physician, he was an ideal patient. His blood pressure and his A1c was good and he was strong, even though he had to use a cane or a walker.
