Donna Simard thanks God every day for her abundance of blessings. She enjoys being a wife and a mother to twelve wonderful children. She now embraces being a grandmother many times over. She has dedicated her life to her husband and children, and this has given her numerous ideas for children's books. She has previously published a chapter book called Donna's Dozen and a poem called "Make Yourself a Home". A Sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa's Farm is the third book in The Surprise Series.
