Chinese New Testament, translated into current literary (Simplified) Chinese from the Greek Received Text like the older Chinese translations by Robert Morrison and the Delegate's Version. This translation is faithful to the original text and is easier to read and understand than the commonly-used Chinese Union Version, which uses a considerably older form of the language. The translation does utilise accepted ecclesiastical and theological terminology, to ensure some degree of continuity with the widely-used and much-loved Chinese Union Version. Black paperback; suitable for evangelistic purposes. This edition includes an errata sticker on the front inner page, due to an omission of part of Hebrews 1.5, discovered after the production process was complete.
