Written with both the Christian and non bible reader in mind it liberally quotes the text of the bible to show that the righteous - those who go to heaven - includes Christians and many non-Christians who unknowingly are already following Christ just as the centurion Cornelius was for example (Acts 10:35), before he ever heard of Jesus. The wicked - those who go to hell - includes non-Christians and many so-called Christians: it is those who practice righteousness who are seen in the bible as the ticket holders to heaven.
