Why Men Hate Going to Church
Full Product Description
It’s Sunday morning. Where are all the men? Golfing? Playing softball? Watching the tube? Mowing the lawn? Sleeping? One place you won’t find them is in church. Less than 40 percent of adults in most churches are men, and 20 to 25 percent of married churchgoing women attend without their husbands. And why are the men who do go to church so bored? Why won’t they let God change their hearts?
David Murrow’s groundbreaking new book reveals why men are the world’s largest unreached people group. With eye-opening research and a persuasive grasp on the facts, Murrow explains the problem and offers hope and encouragement to women, pastors, and men. Why Men Hate Going to Church does not call men back to the church—it calls the church back to men

Why Men Hate going to ChurchGuest reviewer, via The Good Book Stall
This book is a ‘must read’. Without the women in our Church it would now just fall apart. So why don’t the men take part? Do they find the female way of doing things difficult? Yet men are called to be head of the household. Why are they shirking responsibility in Church? We are told that where the father is a Christian there is an 85% chance the children will be also, compared to 16% where it is the mother only. This book seeks to address this vital question in a light hearted almost exaggerated way; yet with enough truth to make the reader smile in acknowledgement. What is refreshing is that it states the obvious. Men and Women are different. Men are risk takers. Men are adventurous. Men need purpose. Men need and respond to positive not necessarily consensual leadership. ‘Men don’t follow programs; they follow men’. Are we missing these qualities in our men? Are these being squeezed out of them? Read this book!
