Georgette Crandall Foster's early life was lived in circumstances of unenviable deprivation; yet she was raised in a loving family in a close-knit community. She immigrated to the United States from the Caribbean nation of Jamaica with expansive dreams for herself and for her young daughter. In her quest for all this country has to offer, she worked long hours at menial labor to support her family and soon had the opportunity to concurrently educate herself in the mortgage brokerage business.
Georgette, even though she wanted to serve God, became enthralled with a man who showered her with so many of the material goods she had long desired, shackling herself and her daughter in an abusive relationship. This is the story of how her Lord freed her from this bondage, often despite herself, for a life lived for His glory. Join her as she recounts her life in Jamaica, her move to the United States, her descent into hopelessness and elevation from the pit of despair by her gracious Lord Jesus and into the freedom of a new life, both spiritually and temporally. Come aboard Georgette's treacherous ride to freedom in Christ
