For those of us who love dogs our canine companion is a friend, family member, guardian and faithful protector… and, at least for the authors of ‘Four Paws from Heaven’ a spiritual inspiration. The three writers draw on their combined experiences with a total of seven dogs – from an Eskimo Mini called Biscuit, a Boston Terrier called Max, a Welsh Corgi called Stuart and a handful no less loved pets of less clear parentage.
Through stories and tales, (or possibly ‘tails’) dogs and humans share wisdom, insight and spiritual lessons in more than 60 Bible referenced devotional readings. The dog-collared pastors teach their owners and readers important life lessons, including: who we are on the inside is what matters, that rebellion blocks blessings and that boundaries are all for our own good. Anyone who loves to be around dogs – or is fortunate enough to have a dog around, will find encouragement and guidance through invitations to reflect on the love, companionship, and insight dogs give to mere humans.

Meet the Authors
"From the first page you'll be hooked. Wells, Young and Fleishauer filled this book with true canine stories with life changing take-aways. At least one, but probably many, of the lessons in this book will be relevant to any reader. The best part of Four Paws from Heaven is that it compares our beloved pet's behaviour with our own human behaviour - the resulting "Aha" moments inevitably draw us closer to God." - Other retailer's Reviewer.
"This is an excellent read for anyone, but especially for God and Pet lovers. I bought several copies, after I read it, to share with friends who were sick, troubled, or dying and also share my love of animals, it helped each of them! It aids me tremendously while I grieve the loss of my own best friend (who happened to be a dog). I wish I could buy a copy for everyone to read! Please read it! It will bring you much comfort regardless of your circumstances in life." - Other retailer's Reviewer.
"This book is very inspirational. I read a story every morning before I go to work. When I finish the book I will be sad, but I figure I'll just start reading the stories again. If you love dogs, and you are interested in improving your spiritual life, this book is for you." - Other retailer's Reviewer.
