Church Zero

Full Product Description

Peyton Jones, Church Planter in Wales, writes a challenging manifesto to the Western church and nails it to the coffee table in ‘Church Zero’.

“When a paradigm shifts, everyone goes back to zero.” – Joel Barker.

With the growing number of post-Christian societies, the traditional church model is being left behind. Saying it like it is, Peyton refuses to let this happen as he lays out his personal story and Biblical exposition for post-modern Christians and post-modern leaders.

Now is the time to take Jesus’ model of church seriously. Described as a commando outreach style, Peyton studies the blueprints of the Bible and applies it to our current situation. This book is a challenge to pick up the 1st Century model of church – a radical, dangerous, community-focused faith – which is both infectious and difficult to ignore.

Publisher's Description

A radical call to reform, Church Zero is a punk-rock approach to the pressing issue of gaining ground as rapidly as the early church.

With a fresh perspective forged in the dirty trenches of international post-Christian societies, Peyton Jones pulls no punches as he brings this message to the American Church: We have lost our way.

The church is losing ground fast: losing the generation under age 30 and drawing few nonbelievers toward Christ.

Christ gave us a leadership model for commando outreach, and the church has ignored it for too long. Will we continue down the path of self-preservation, defending our stalled church structures? Or will we follow the blueprint Jesus lays out?

Church Zero challenges readers to once again become a radical, dangerous people who cannot be ignored. Itís time to break out!
