God is calling His daughters to come into a deeper understanding of His love, acceptance, and beauty.

Whatever differences we have, all women have three things in common: a desire to experience genuine love, a desire to be accepted for who we really are, and a desire to feel beautiful.

At the core of these desires is the inborn image of God within us. He is love, He is the grantor of eternal acceptance, and He is the Beautiful One.

As women, what we believe about love, acceptance and beauty play a significant role in every aspect of our lives.

As God’s daughters, we are meant to find and define love, acceptance, and beauty in Him first, and then lead our lives based on the truth of His word.

Unfortunately, in this day of social media and reality T.V., too many of God’s daughters have allowed their thinking to be influenced by the world’s definitions. As a result, their God-given desires aren't being realized in an authentic way.

This is not God’s plan. He didn’t design us to conform to the world’s standards, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds.

God’s wants us to know that we are completely loved, totally accepted, and beautifully and wonderfully created by Him, and to believe that we are worthy of genuine love and acceptance from others without pretense.

KRISTA PETTIFORD is the women’s ministry leader and a prayer leader at her local church– New Covenant Tabernacle located in San Diego where she lives with her family. She has a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Southern California Seminary. She writes and ministers with a solid Biblical message and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
