Head of Operations

We are hiring for a transformational Head of Operations to lead and scale the operational engine of Eden.co.uk, the Christian e-commerce business at the foundation of the Eden Group.

As Head of Operations, this fantastic opportunity will see you overseeing and shaping the future of our established e-commerce operations as we look to continue to improve our customer offering and deliver strong growth. You’ll take charge of the engine room that powers Eden.co.uk - leading fulfilment, warehousing, procurement, logistics, and customer service. Your challenge will be to build scalable systems, strengthen supply chains, and deliver an outstanding customer experience, while driving efficiency and supporting future growth.

This role blends strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You’ll:

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across operations and customer service.
• Optimise fulfilment and logistics for accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Introduce innovations in systems, warehousing, and supply chain resilience.
• Ensure every order builds trust in Eden’s wider mission and platforms.

We’re looking for someone with senior leadership experience in e-commerce or retail operations, proven success in scaling systems, and a customer-first mindset.
